We provide with project consulting engagements for various reasons:

  • Specific skills are required for limited period of time
    Example: project management, crisis management, restructuring initiatives (outside line organisation)
  • Obtain an independent health-check on your project or organisation
  • Outside-in view on organisation is required
    Example: use the experience/expertise of other organisations to gain insight rapidly
  • Fill a leadership gap in the existing organization
    Examples: search for external hire is pending, pending succession planning due to training and/or maturity

Coaching and mentoring engagements are conducted for various reasons:

  • Sparring role to validate or adapt ideas
    Example: to be able to conduct meetings with the other departments, the coachee needs to gain experiences of similar problems, and the way how other companies have overcome these problems, or equally important, what mistakes have they made, in order to avoid them
  • Specific skills are required to be built up within IT or supply chain
    Example: the manager (coachee) requires additional knowledge on link between various supply chain components, needs project management skills, etc.
