Business values & ethics
Chain-Strength has defined its value & ethics proposition
Reliable
A transparent, consequent and responsible way of working makes us a reliable and loyal partner. This is anchored through a personal and an authentic way of working in the directions of all stakeholders: “treat people in the way you want to be treated as well”.
By doing so, we are convinced that the solutions will be sustainable in implementation and acceptence of the changes.
Inspiring
We “live by example” with continuous sincerity, passion, modern leadership style and a high level of empathy to drive the individual and team spirit, covered through a respectful collaboration.
Engaged
Our open personality and modern management styles drive our way of cooperation. Covered by conscientiousness and cooperation we are able to drive trusted relationships. A joint goal and a balance of the interests of each stakeholder provide both the common playground and the respected boundaries.
Guided agility
The content of the problem statement and intended solution drive our behaviour (and project method). We live our rule: “we act as agile as possible, but not more than that”. We create clarity by dividing the challenges/problems into actionable items (“slice the elephant”).
Respect
Chain-Strength strongly believes that all individuals have the right to be treated with respect, regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, class, caste, religion, belief, sex, gender, language, sexual orientation, gender identity, sex characteristics, age, health or other status. We respect the privacy of each individual.
