Chain-Strength has a vast experience in delivering various types of projects. With extensive experience in leading international project teams of 30 with up to 500 team members, many constellations have been handled:

Transformation projects
- Development, implementation of global template for all global processes -covering goods, financial and reporting flows-, mainly on globalized SAP S/4HANA suite
- Global process harmonisation and application transformation (SAP ECC 6.0)

- Redesign and enhance enterprise architecture roadmap
Increase process robustness
- Process redesign/remodelling and increase of process robustness on both supply chain and IT processes

Process and organisational extensions
- Integration of sea-freight transportation and customs processes to existing process landscape
- Implement the use of mixed outsourcing models for ADM, incl. “shift left of support”
Application replacements
- Replace customs application without major process changes
- Rebuild of solution documentation (with support of e.g. Signavio, LeanIX)
- Business process outsourcing of completeness checks for replenishment
Process mining and corrections
- Various process mining and creation of process improvements, also with the support of e.g. Celonis

Project methods
We have experience in agile, waterfall and hybrid models, and the adaptions that companies make. For each project, the problem statement needs to be determined before the right project methology can be derived, based technology, requirements, experience, risk, etc.
We live by the following rule:
act as agile as possible, but not more agile than that
Duration of engagement
As the project goal for consulting can differ a lot, the type of role requires mutual upfront alignment. In case of spot consulting, the duration will be very limited. Projects will typically take a few weeks to multiple years on both a full time or a part-time basis.
